servings: 1-4 time: 40 minutes
ingredients:
1 large bunch kale
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice
fine sea salt
directions:
preheat oven to 300F.
wash and thoroughly dry the kale. cut out the thick center stalk, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
in a large bowl, combine kale, olive oil, and lemon juice.
